UM-1D ultrasonic measuring instrument is compact and lightweight, simple, functional excellence. Two operating modes, which is measured through the coating coating pattern mode of operation, the measured surface with paint, the paint and the measurement without removing the net thickness of the material.

How it works: Pulse ~ echo mode (standard mode for ordinary thickness measurement); echo ~ echo method (coating mode, for no net removal of paint layer substrate thickness measurement)
Measuring range: 0.8 ~ 300mm (standard mode); 2.5 ~ 20mm (coated model) depend on the probe, the measured material, surface condition
Units and display resolution: 0.1 mm, inch -0.001,0.01
Probe Zero calibration: point calibration (for conventional thickness measurement), two points calibration (measuring surface wall or special applications, can significantly improve the measurement accuracy)
V Path Correction: Automatic V sound correction process to compensate the nonlinearity of double crystal probe
