1.1 XRW Series Introduction

XRM series high voltage power supply for X ray tube provides advanced and complete solution.This power is not only provide high voltage output, also provides complete control signal and a variety of auxiliary functions, so as to meet the need of application of X ray tube.XRM series power can output a stable small ripple voltage and current, make its performance than previous techniques has greatly improved, with no increase in X ray tube load under the condition of better focus.

The series 1.2 XRW specification

Input: DC DC24V ± 10%, maximum current 4.25A.

Output: 20KV, 30KV, 50KV, 65KV four maximum voltage output optional, 0V to the highest voltage adjustable.

Voltage control:

The internal power supply: power supply with multiturn potentiometer can be output

Voltage setting in the 0V to the highest voltage

External remote control: external 0 to 10V control signals can be output

From the 0V to the maximum output voltage.

Emission current control:

The internal power supply: power supply with multiturn potentiometer can be set in the 0A electron beam current to a maximum current.

External remote control: external 0 to 10V control signals can be set in the 0A electron beam current to a maximum current.

DC filament power supply: output current of 0-3.5A adjustable voltage, adjustable for 0-5.5V.

Connector:

High voltage output connector: recessed insulating epoxy resin duct and into the high voltage cable through the diameter of 16mm metal connector.High voltage cable length of 1 meters.

Input output connector: DB9 contains the control and display signal.

Output voltage and current of the remote control: external potentiometer can be used inside power supply 10V reference voltage on the output voltage and current for remote control.

Remote voltage indication: JP4 contains 0 10V voltage and current indicative signal, can be externally connected with various number or pointer table.

1.3 standard function

The XRW series offers a standard function to meet the user's application and security needs.

High voltage, high current and filament current slow start function: this function makes the high voltage output, high voltage current and filament current according to the design requirements of slope rises smoothly, thereby prolonging the service life of X ray tube, usually the rise time is about 4 seconds, the filament current will rise slowly until the emission current at required level.When the output is the maximum value, this time is generally 4 seconds.The ramp starting conditions for the triggering of INTERLOCK control signal.

Light emitting diode lamp: green light-emitting diode power indicator, yellow for high voltage output off indicator, red for high voltage output indicator.

High voltage cable: standard power supply provides a 1 meters high voltage insulated cable, one end of the cable with a plug and a very easy to be fixed on the shell of the connector for power supply.For non standard power refer to diagram and description.

1.31 remote monitoring function:

Remote detection: by detecting the front panel of the KV MON and MON RTN and mA MON and MON RTN X ray tube voltage and emission current remote detection function.Standard products for the KV MON 1V=10KV, mA MON 1V=0.1 mA (other proportion of optional)
