Laser stage lighting wide angle-SCANLAS

Wide angle for image scanning laser light, semi-closed loop scanning system, to make sure without laser dot.  SLAVE model set up time delay freely and achieve wave movement.

l Setting up SLAVE time delay

Generally, device is M/Slave at the same time,  CR-LASER creative team, specially creates the delay of SLAVE movement, different position with different time delay which can make an amazing combination of wave style, over and under style etc.

l Semi-closed loop scanning system

Stepping motor scanning system is a kind of open loop scanning way, it can’t inspect the motor running situation, once the motor is abnormal, light dot will appear. CR-LASER has designed a contrast detection way to test circuit which can get semi-closed loop control. When image output less than +/-1.5, the hardware chip will cut off power supply to avoid laser dot, dot will be closed automatically.

l Wide angle scanning

The old scanning light reflects image by a piece of reflection mirror to fulfill wide angle. The weaknesses are dirt on mirror, low rate of reflection, slow scanning speed, distortion of reflection. CR-LASER solved this problem, made the X axle scan 100°, injected new element to laser field.

l Insulation principle, dust-proof design

There is a glass lens on light outlet window to protect and enhance transparent level. Motor base and front panel form a closed space which can enhance the dust-proof function. Reasonable design of structure inside to make sure laser head and lens out of the way of wind path.

l Self detection for DMX signal

Device can detect whether DMX signal is connected automatically, When there is no DMX signal or the console in not working, the laser light will shut down and the LED display panel will keep on flickering until the signal is connected.
