The Process of Hard Embossing:
The substrate is embossed by passing through a oil heated shim roll and embossing roll. The nickel (Ni) embossed shim is clamped into master roller (as //) and inside master roll rotating heated compliant. The shim is wrapped and clamped around the circumference of the master roll. After embossing the substrate passes through a tension controlled nip roller and then rewind onto a rewind pneumatic shaft. Specially designed heat-exchange systems can increase/decrease temperature in short time.
