Roller screen

Roller screen consists of octagon rollers,frame,funnel,reducer and motor,its traditional screen equipment. After the crushed stone enter the rollers,it will be separated by the centrifugal force and jigging.

It will be separated through different size network. Different size stone removed after funnel into the belt,then finished materials is sent to the field. Its structure is simple and reliable, operation smooth, sealed well, and no pollution, little noise,easy to change network, fine grading, high separating ratio, high yield, sorting accuracy, low failure rate, easy maintenance, particularly applicable to separate in field grade.
