Characters: white flake or colorless clear liquid. It is one of the strongest alkalis. Flake's able to react quickly with moisture liberating heat.
Use: mainly used in food additive as acidity regulator.
Packing: Plastics bags for flake, 25kgs each or 40kgs each and liquid tank, transported with tanker.
