3). It adpots automatic screw Rod sperate bottle and feeding system, it lessen the bottle broken rate and make the bottle supply more stably.

4).This Alcohol Bottling Machine use high quality food grade stainless steel material. All the material contact with liquid is Stainless Steel 304 (& stainless steel 316L according to customer's demands).

5). This Alcohol Bottling Machine uses gravity filling and posseses the advantages of fast filling positioning and high accuracy liquid level surface; spring-loaded clamp hand washing, empty bottles with the track automatically turn 180 degrees to washing bottle with high efficiency; the machine adopts a four knives of aluminum cap, two knives is capping thread, two sealing the bottom edge of cover and does not damage cover, reliable tight seal; rotary cap sorter with air power caps sorting is used to not damage no damage the cover surface , Feeding bottle uses bottle screw, so make the whole machine operation more stable.

6).The whole machine is equipped with advanced PLC controlling system. Key electric elements is from international well-known brand such as MITSUBISHI, OMRON,SCHNEIDER. 

7). This Alcohol Bottling Machine series can fill alcohol from 1000bph to 15000bph.
