Specification of Fused Flux :
HJ350 is defined as fused type fluxes low medium manganese, high silicate and low fluorine elements, color in brown with vitreous granules 8-40 meshes in size.
Fluxes are suitable of use with both AC & D.C when applying D.C. the filler-wire will be connected to electrode positive (EP). Fluxes have following features: good welding behavior, electro-slag to remove easily, welds with fine appearance.
Application of flux:
Fluxes match filler-wire such as H08MnA, H08Mn2, and H10Mn2 etc of which may be used for welding of carbon steel and low alloyed steel (16Mn, 15MnTi, 15MnV) structures i.e. boiler and pressure vessels etc.

The instruction of usage:
1.Before welding, fluxes need to be baked for two(2)hours at around 300-350°C.
2.Removal of rust, oil, dirt, water, impurities etc in welding-areas.
