Hydraulic Pump Common Faults and exclusion method
Cause: (1) hydraulic oil tank is too low;
????Remedy: Add hydraulic oil
????Cause: (2) no use of hydraulic oil according to season;
????Remedy: usually applied 46 # hydraulic oil (or 68 #), no need for special replacement, especially when cold northern winter, consider using 32 #
????Cause: (3) into the pipeline was severely clogged dirt;
????Remedy: Remove the foreign body tube
????Cause: (4) oil pump drive gear oil seal is damaged, the air into the hydraulic system;
????Remedy: replac aging or damaged oil seals, O-rings
????Cause: (5) pumps, the oil port adapter or elbow connector "O" ring is damaged, bent or joint fastening bolts into or out of the flare nut is not tight, the air into the hydraulic system;
????Remedy: replac O-ring, tighten the bolt or nut joints
????Cause: (6) Drain pumps, seals aging;
????Remedy: replac the seals
????Cause: (7) pump end or main sleeve end surface of the driven gear wear or scratch, the two sleeve end surface roughness tolerance;
????Remedy: replac worn gear pump or pump bushings, wear light when flat end mill will be smooth. When the end face of the sleeve is less than the pump, the plane (normal less than 2.5 ~ 2.6mm), such as ultra-poor should be added at 0.1 ~ 0.2mm copper sleeve to compensate for installation; its flatness tolerance 0.03mm It should be put on the rear axle load sets
????Cause: (8) pumps internal parts assembly error caused by internal leakage;
????Remedy: unloading pieces and sealing ring must be put into the oil chamber, two sleeves in order to maintain balance. ????Cause: (10) hydraulic oil is too dirty.
????Remedy: cleaning systems, replacement of hydraulic oil.
????Cause: (11) pump filter is not blocked from the oil filter dirt effect
????Remedy: clean with clean oil filter to remove dirt.
????Cause: (12) oil shortage, oil position is too high, exposing the oil suction pipe:
????Remedy: Come to the oil standard position, reduce the suction position.
????Cause: (13) on both sides of the pump body and pump cover does not add paper pad; pump and pump cover is not perpendicular to the seal:
????Remedy: When the rotation of the intake air: join between pump and pump cover paper pad; pump with a diamond abrasive on the plate, so that the pump body and pump cover vertical error of not more than 0.005mm, pump and pump cover fastening links , without leakage.
????Cause: (14) pump drive shaft and motor coupling misalignment, with a twist of friction:
????Remedy: Adjust the concentricity of the pump and motor coupling so that the error does not exceed 0.2mm.
????Cause: (15) meshing precision gear pump is not enough:
????Remedy: to grind gears reach gear accuracy.
